Title; Risk of Loss Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. Title to goods is transferred to the Customer as soon as an order is paid in full. After receiving payment, the items are no longer in possession of Alterior Design. Export Sales If good herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, Alterior Design must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.   General Legal Disclaimer Alterior Design hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All dimensions are provided by the manufacturerand wholesaler and are assumed correct. Alterior Design will not provide any Returns, Refunds and/or Considerations for inaccurate measurements. Color scans found on Alterior Design website were done to the best of our ability and may vary from computer monitor to monitor.  Orders; Payment Terms; Interest; Taxes Orders are not binding upon Alterior Design until accepted by Alterior Design. Terms of payment are within Alterior Design's sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Alterior Design may invoice parts of an order separately.
